Project information often comes from different sources, making it difficult to get a clear view of programme and project performance.

DCD-GS develops project dashboards that bring key information together and present it in a format that project teams can use during regular reviews — programme, progress, cost, risk and other project information, without filling the dashboard with unnecessary data.

Our approach is to first determine what must be reported based on the information the project team already has. From there, we put together a dashboard of the pertinent data, set up for easy review and updates as the work moves forward.

    Where a dashboard already exists but is hard to maintain or too detailed, we strip it back to what is useful.
